Using wintk Full Terms & Conditions

📋 1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the wintk platform and its users. wintk is a licensed international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and various other countries.

All financial transactions on wintk are governed by the following rules:

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Occasionally, there may be a short delay due to bank processing times.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Try to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Wintk reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and place them on hold if necessary.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is a legal obligation of wintk. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirement. Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately. Your real balance is used first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly stated.

🔒 10. Account Closure & Suspension

Wintk may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• If KYC verification fails.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be reviewed and paid out where applicable. If the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

⚖️ 11. Limitation of Liability

Wintk is not responsible for the following:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• If a transaction fails due to a delay or error on the part of a third-party payment provider.

• If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence.
• Force Majeure — natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

In all cases, wintk's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.

If a dispute arises with wintk, please follow the steps below:

• Step Two: If the matter is not resolved via live chat, you may file a formal complaint. wintk will respond within 7 business days.
• Step 3: If the issue remains unresolved, you have the option to seek resolution through a neutral third-party mediator.

In all dispute resolutions, the guidance of wintk's licensing authority shall be considered final.

Wintk may update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• For significant changes, you will be notified via email or a platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
